Macbook keybinding failure

Hey Mac-Help!

My friend was just using his Macbook Pro today, and was looking at all sorts of keybindings you can do to help yourself out. He found this keybinding (Command+Alt+F5) a certain menu popped up. He wanted to try the ''Slow-keyboarding''-feature... That resulted in him not being able to use his keyboard at all.

So that's why I'm actually writing this thread... How do you fix this? We've tried searching the internet and nothing really popped up and we tried connecting a Mac-Bluetooth-keyboard - but the result was the same still (Keyboard still not working).

Is there anyway you can find the (Command+Alt+F5) feature somewhere in the System Preference? Because he can't use his keyboard to do the keybinding.

Best Regards

Hello and welcome.

Sorry it took so long...

Navigate in the upper left of the menu bar with the mouse to:

Apple > System Preferences... > Accessibility > Keyboard and untick/turn off Enable Slow Keys. That should return the keyboard to its normal and default state.
