MacBook Air M3 doesn't detect external monitors

I'm having trouble with my new MacBook Air M3 (2024) detecting external monitors. Here’s my setup:

MacBook Air M3 (2024)
Dell dock connected to the MacBook Air
Two external monitors connected to the dock via Display and HDMI ports
The issue is that neither of the monitors are being detected. I tried disconnecting one of the monitors, but it made no difference.

Does anyone have any advice on what might be causing this issue or how to resolve it?
