I have an older IMac. having a heck of a time upgrading this system. Currently OS is 10.9.5 Trying to get upgraded to get this system back up and running.

please help.

which imac model do you have, often including a screens shot of your iMacs "about this Mac" menu (top menu far left) will give us the information that will allow a better detailed reply on how to help you.. as some I macs have a processor and hardware limit that wont let them go beyond some OS levels.? regards, Sandy
