Mac Mini....Kernal Panic

I have a Mac Mini running OS 10.4.4

Now when it boot up, I get the message that the computer needs to be restarted by holding down the Power Button.

So I restarted it in Verbose Mode..and this is the code that came up. Can
anyone figure this out..
