MAC MAIL - NO SIGNATURES

MAC MAIL will not insert any signature on an email.
I have rebooted X-times.
I have deleted all signatures.
I go to the SIGNATURE drop down and select the signature I want, but it will not be used.

OS 11.7, I-MAC 27" 2019 48 GB RAM.

Hello,

If the signature is listed in All Signatures, did you drag it to the email account in the list on the left and make sure it is listed in the Choose Signature drop-down at the bottom of the Mail > Preferences... > Signatures window?

Here is what I have....after deleting the account and re-adding it.
All other accounts are normal.
