Hey, I'm trying to arrange a recording set up on my boss's computer. He's got:
Macbook (newer, I think 2008 or 2009)
OSX 10.5.8
2Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo
2 GB RAM
I have installed an M-Audio Fast Track Pro audio interface. Works just fine until you close the laptop, then you get no audio through it. Sometimes, if you open and close the laptop again, the audio will come back. When I lose audio, I check the Preferences. They have not totally reverted because the M-Audio is still chosen for input and output. The built in speakers and mic work if I choose them. But in order to get the M-Audio back and working, I need to reboot the computer. Any ideas on what I could do to keep this from happening?
