Hi guys,
I have a big problem with my Mac OS which I bought a year and two months ago. Recently it started being very slow and some days ago passed through several pages and stages as:
difficulty to load, white screen, blue screen, kernel circle, and again from the beginning, when it finally allowed me to see the desktop and when I was trying to save my work, all folders disappeared and now it says that 500.11 GB ST3500418A...has a hardware problem and cannot be repaired.
Macintosh HD instead appears to be ok
Could anyone suggest how to proceed and save all data on an external HD?Could this be possible?
Should I buy a new internal HD, if yes, from where and which one could be more reliable?
Thank you!
