Hi
I am about to do some web work for a client who has .mac hosting, but who wants to be able to update an "upcoming events" section following the launch. Normally I'd install a wordpress blog as part of the site to allow this feature.
I'm aware that .mac connects seamlessly with iWeb, but does anyone know:
- if you can use third-party software such as
Dreamweaver / Cyberduck with .mac
- if .mac supports PHP and mySQL databases?
I can live with designing a portion of the site in iWeb, but would prefer a solution which is consistent.
If anyone can help with some info on exactly what .mac can do from a hosting perspective (even just a link or two to further info!!!) I'd be very grateful.
Cheers
John
