MAC 27" mouse frozen

Have not used for awhile and I can't get the mouse to connect. It is a wireless mouse. The batteries are good as are the batteries on the wireless keyboard. Help, I'd like to use this expensive computer. Thank you.

Need to know the following:

1. What exact Mac model do you have?

2. What Mac OS are you using?

3. What brand of mouse are you using? Do you have the latest drivers for it?
