SOLVED Low Powered speaker and headphone output

Hi there,
Yesterday my powered speaker volume got extremely low. Even my bluetooth headphones that I have been using for quite some time.
SkullCandy are very low.
My computer sounds or alerts are normal. I have checked every thing from cables to peripherals. Running 10.15.6
Its a 2013 model.
Checked the MIDI and ran the configure test and the speakers air plenty loud. I just have very little output from Music or Video.

Hello and welcome.

Check to see if Sound Check is enabled in the Music preferences.

I would try the following resets to see if that helps:
-How to reset the SMC of your Mac
-Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac

I reset the PRAM and it came back.
also, did a restart and every was normal.
