Lost Mail Folder in Entourage

Anyone know how to retrieve a mail folder off of Entourage 04? I had one of my emails there and when I deleted something it went as well.

apologies, I didn't see this post !

The best Data Recovery Software that I know/use for the Mac is DataRescue II

There is no software built in or included with OS X to allow you to recover the folder. You would need to use something like DataRescue.

There is a demo that you can download on their website.

You do need an external drive though to use it though, it needs somewhere to recover the data to.
