Lost Everything!!!! Help !!

Hey I need a quick help !! I open my mac-laptop and i couldn't find my documents, pictures, and music. 10 Minutes ago I had everything. What can recuperate it????
Also if I see the capacity of the disc it still saying that has the same gb that I had before i miss everything

Please i need urgent help
