Looking for recommendations on a wide screen monitor

interested in upgrading to perhaps a 34" widescreen ultrawide monitor with usb C and hub built in and speaker if possible. thunderport 4 would be a plus.

any recommendations that is $200-400 range?
any recommendations curved vs flat?
is it bad to have your macbook charging all the time?
