Are you using Adobe Creative Cloud? If so, there was an update about a month ago that caused this to happen. That folder contains log files, but is often empty. If you delete the folder and re-boot, it is recreated.
There were some discussions about this on the LightroomQueen Lightroom Forums.
A more recent Adobe update has changed the permissions and I am able to see the (empty) contents.
Try updating Adobe Creative Cloud and all of the Adobe apps you have installed.
