libraries folder deleted macbook air shutting down after loggin in

Hello sir, this is ajay and I got a brand new macbook air with Yosemite running on it, on my macintosh Hdd panel I had application folder, libraries folder, system folder and some other folder, and the system folder has a folder libraries in it, unfortunately i've moved the folder libraries inside the system folder to trash and by then when I started my mac and logging in by entering my pass, the macbook is shutting down, please gimme some handy suggestion, my macbook air model:mjve2hn/a

Hello and welcome.

The best recovery from this issue is as follows: OS X Yosemite: Erase and reinstall OS X.

You will lose any of your files/data - i.e. photos, music, documents, etc. Let us know if you need to save any of them, or don't have a current Time Machine or other backup before proceeding with the above recovery.
