Hello and welcome.

-Which model MacBook?
-Which version of OS X?
-Are you referring to a LaCie CloudBox?
-Is it not listed under Shared in the Finder Sidebar?
-Can it still be seen/accessed by other devices on your network?

Hi Cory,

Sorry for the long wait, but it was only now that i had the chance to test if i could acces to the lacie cloud with a PC. I tried and i can acces, so the cloud works.

So to answer your questions:

-Which model MacBook?
MacBook Pro Retina 13" - year 2015 - 3,1GHz intel core 7 16GB 1867 MHz DDR3

-Which version of OS X?
OS X El Capitan

-Are you referring to a LaCie CloudBox?
yes

-Is it not listed under Shared in the Finder Sidebar?
yes, but with a question mark - when i try to access it with my mac - it says that is impossible

-Can it still be seen/accessed by other devices on your network?
yes

Thank you so much for all the help you can give to me

adri
