Hi fellow members. I am already a long existing member. I started a new thread concerning errors with Lan Scan.
Everytime I want to login I have to make a new password. Now I have to make a new login.
What happened???? What did I do wrong????

I would connect directly with the developer to help you figure out the problem. If you purchased LanScan through the Apple App Store and the developer is not helping, you might be able to get support directly from Apple.

I assume it's mac-help.com that you are having a problem with.
Contact one of the admins to see if there is a problem with your account.
