Keynote Formatting Issues

Hi,

I am working with a Virtual Assistant to help me create keynote presentations. When he sends me the presentations the spacing is messed up between different sections of text. It looks fine on his end and if he uploads the presentation to slideshare it looks fine there too.

Both of us have upgrated to the latest version of keynote but the problem persists. You can see a screenshot below. Any thoughts on what might be causing this would be greatly appreciated.
