Hi Guys.

HELP!

I am trying to naccess my website files via FTP and keep getting asked for a password for the Keychain which I have forgotten.

Sometimes I get a message that it might be the password I open my Computer with but I do not use a password for this.

How can I access my Keychain or delete this faciluty completely as it is annoying?

Hello and welcome.

Normally, your Keychain password is the password for your user account on your Mac. Your user account does have a password, but you may have set it so that it automatically logs in. If you every install something, that would be the same password you enter.

Try entering the password you use when installing something or unlocking System Preferences.
