No send arrow on email page

Need to know the following:

1. What exact MacBook Pro model?

2. Which exact version of El Capitan? 10.11.0, 10.11.1, 10.11.2, 10.11.3, 10.11.4, 10.11.5, or 10.11.6?

3. Which EMail program are you using?

Start a New Message, click view, click Customize toolbar. you can then drag a send arrow to your toolbar, click done and you are good to go.
