iTunes cannot read my library!

:confused: :confused: :confused: Whenever I try to to open iTunes, the following message appears:

The file "iTunes Library" cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes.

Other info:
Operating System: OS X 10.4.10
iTunes: 7.4
