iSight MSN problem..

until now, i've had no problems with my macbook. i've recently downloaded a mac substitute for windows live messenger (aMSN) which enables webcam interaction and a couple of days ago the person viewing the webcam said all they could see was a blank white screen. now, i've tried since and i've got the same reply. could anybody help me figure out what the problem is and how to solve it? thank you

yes i didnt think so too i think the only way to use isight is either ichat or skype, alternatively you can have xp installed and use msn on xp in your mac lol

i'm not talking about the official MSN for mac, it's another one that somebody has developed. the thing is, it's worked before with msn and then it has stopped working. it works with contacts, but not others.
