iLife is not a part of OS X and may not have been installed. Did you install the Applications DVD?

Hi,

If you did a TM backup prior or just after the upgrade then you can reload iPhoto from that.

Hi,

Sorry no Idea how you lost it, and someone will correct me if I am wrong but if memory serves SL was the last OS X loaded with iPhoto and upgrading through Lion and now ML should not have made any difference it should still be there in your applications folder. Well it did for me on my latest 2010 Macbook.

If you are close to an Apple store book into the Genius Bar and explain, more than likely they will pull out a software loaded drive and reload it for you hopefully free of charge.

Or go to the App store it is extremely cheap.

Hi Spawn_Dooley,

It is my pleasure, as I hope if I run into an issue someone will give me good hints or help solve them.
I know how frustrating little problems can be, and the time it can take to solve them.
Forgive any typOs I'm on phone and can't add smileys,

Have a good day
