iPhone's "Home" app pushes me to Turn on iCloud Keychain

iPhone's "Home" app pushes me to Turn on iCloud Keychain (But doesn't tell me why nor give me any other options), but when I do, that setting doesn't stick.

This doesn't happen on my iPad.

Any suggestions on why my iPhone can't turn on settings/Apple ID/cloud/iCloud Keychain?

Hello,

I believe the Home app requires iCloud Keychain, but I could be wrong.

When you try to enable iCloud Keychain, does it prompt you to verify on your iPad or other Apple devices?

It does. I did not get any prompt, just the failure to slide the iCloud Keychain switch.

I went to a local Apple Store and the employee who met me had the same thing happen to him. After working with Apple techs for several days, he restored his iPhone from a backup and that solved his problem. So I just tried that and it worked for me too.
