When I'm listening to music, playing a game with sound, watching a video, or using any app that involves audio (like SiriusXM or TikTok), the volume randomly decreases as if I received a text message notification. However, no notification actually appears, and then the sound returns to its original level. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Are you listening using AirPods? If so there is an option for Conversation Awareness. I had the same problem whenever the AirPods detected voices or some sounds around me.
You need to go to the AirPods Settings and turn off Conversation Awareness.
