iPhone 7 - Want Simple Photographs

When I take photographs with my iPhone 7 I don't want a live photo, a burst or an HDR shot. I just want a photograph. I looked at the Apple Manual in the web site but it doesn't explain to me how to shut all of the options off, it just explains what they do. Burst seems to be the default.

Can someone offer a suggestion?

So basically in your camera you just press the HDR icon and it gives you the options and you press the live icon to activate and deactivate live.
