Iphone 11 freezez at lock scree

Iphone freezez at lock screen. Hard reset wont work, cant connect it through cable on mac because i cant unlock it.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Have to tried getting someone to put a call into the locked phone, if it rings and you can answer it hang up and then try a hard reset again.
