IOS 17.6 issues

Ever since I updated my iPhone to iOS 17.6, I've been experiencing issues with Face ID. My bank apps are no longer recognizing my phone, and I'm not receiving verification codes from my banks via text messages. I'm not sure what's causing this. Please help resolve these problems.
