1st please excuse my great ignorance.
I usually use Airport to connect to the Internet wirelessly. My connection of late has been unreliable, so I've bought a cord to plug directly into my computer and the router. But it doesn't help. Do I need to change from an "Airport" connection to something else, as the input source is changing? Where do I do this, and what is it called? (I'm assuming this isn't an "ethernet" connection but don't know "what" it is..)
ANY suggestions greatly appreciated.
BTW I use a Macbook OS 10.4.11
