Am trying to install MS Office for Mac in my McBook Air. I could not recall my password in the admin account nor could I change it. What do i do? Please help.

-Does your Mac automatically login when you start it up?
-Are you using an iCloud password to allow unlock or reset?
-Do you have more than one account on your Mac?
It is version 10.9.5.

I am not sure what you mean by "account" on my Mac.
