Instagram From App Store

where does instagram download to from the app store. its downloaded, i searched for it, i cant find it

There isn't an official Instagram app for OS X. If you download one of the third-party apps, it would be in your Applications folder.

There is an official Instagram app for iOS devices - it will download in iTunes in the Apps section, but you would need to sync it to an iPhone/iPad to use it.

i swear i downloaded it awhile ago and again today from the app store

i did download App for Instagram now i have to just find where to sign up you cant with the app

You can download the official Instagram app on an iPhone/iPad/Google device and create an account there. You will then be able to log in using the App for Instagram on your Mac.

You can also login and view photos, like them and comment by going to the home page instagram.com. As Cory said, I don't believe there is an official Instagram app although I've heard good things about some of the third-party menu bar apps.
