IMac late 2013 vs MacBook pro late 2015 upgrade

Hi!
Thanks in advance for helping me out.
A friend lended me (permanently) an iMac 21.5” late 2015 and I own a MacBook Pro 13” late 2013 dual cor i5. I needed a computer for work, mainly 2D CAD, but both preform miserably.
Which do you think is best to put my money in?
Note1: iMac has soldered RAM, but has better display for work.

Budget: 200€
