iMac does not startup well.!!!

pls see attached screenshot , i tried powering off the imac for 10 seconds and then start again , now i can hear the hdd starting when the imac starts
but no picture is seeing just light blue and then this ... , i'm ready for every possible soultion even unplug the screws and start replacing cards hardware if needed. warratany has ended... so.. help

That normally signifies a graphics card/logic board issue, or and LCD panel/cable issue.

the exact model is imac 1311 ECM-2389 I5
i forgot the OS Version... (sorry :< )

LCD Panel/cable issue , do u mean i need to try to connect an external cable to my mini display port to another monitor ?
to check if this is a graphic card matter ?
