iMac 27” i7 freezes after the internet recovery

Hi guys
iMac 27” i7
im having this problem and I don’t know what I can do
I put on internet recovery so that I can format the disk and install the software, but goes all the way after putting the password for the net and then starts the Apple logo and goes down or freezes.
please help.
