IMac 11 2 Firmware Restoration Download Link?

Searching for this which is/was provided via Apple Support. Can someone provide link you used? Supposedly these are found via Model identifier which is 11 2 in my case, mis 2010 iMac A1311 EMC2389

Hello,

Firmware updates are included in macOS software updates. If the iMac had previosuly been running High Sierra (per your other posts), then the firmware is probably up to date. There aren't any publicly available firmware restore installers.

What is it specifically that Apple Support explained to you?

actually there are. some CD/DVD images to restore firmware are posted for older machines.
