I'm new to here and Mac's... Any advice please?!

I'm looking for something with reliable performance, good graphics, reasonable memory...

I was looking at standard laptops, but as I am looking to use Photoshop, InDesign and other programmes as well as word document and browsing the web..... I am being advised to stretch my small budget and look at macs!

Would you advise me to look at macs and what should I look at, as there are a few models?!

The mac book pro has slow wifi performance and graphics I think? But that is only what I have heard or read.

Over all my years using Apple Macs I have never had issues with there performance and reliability, having said that any technology can go wrong.
Most new portable Macs now come with a minimum of 4GB Ram which you could upgrade to 8 if you wanted. Personally it really depends on your use regarding being out and about, rather then home or office based.

Possibly the 13" Macbook Air would be a consideration.
