iDVD. any updates or si ther any alternative to run in High Sierra.

Trying to make a on disk catalogue of my 250,00+ digital poster images as a buiness card. did this ages ago on myComputer running Lion, but iDVD rusn but wont compile uner High Sierra... i ahve tried a few apps that were a waste of time, so bad...

any one have any alternatives to thisgreat progran. or patches.

Can you just explain a bit more what you are trying to do and how you did with Lion? Are you trying to make a dvd that will play, or just store data?

trying to make a self running dvd of images, (been retouching for 20+ years). have a small buisness selling repro A3 posters. I make one ages ago using Adobe Bridge to make "Web Gallery's" but found it justaweful. I have used iDVD on a old spare 24" White iMac running lion. my main workhorse is a 2011 27" unnin High Sierra. I mage dozens of catagories that I wish to sort the posters into according to interest, Cars Bicycles Aircraft Art Nouveau Cheret Mucha etc... now passing 250,000+. my small stands at Antique centers cant show a small fraction of what I have... everone asks for a catalogue, but a printed on is out of the question. So it comes down to Digital. (The DVD's I get are so cheap, under 5cents each. (bancruot company stocks auctioned) have tried to do online but that looses me completely.

OK. I used to use iDVD on High Sierra without a problem. Are you making a slideshow video file of your posters to put into iDVD?

You could try Burn or DVD Styler, both free, but I don't know if they would be self playing.
