I need help with Quicktime Player Screen and Audio Recording!!!!!

Hello everyone, I need to do recordings of my screen on my iMac. I also need to have audio over that recording. I know how to do both, but I don't know how to record both at the same time. Can you help me please??

Not sure I fully understand, because I use quicktime > new screen recording option if I need to make a quick tutorial of how something works on the mac. And this will record both what is happening on your screen and any audio you input.
