1)can somebody help me out...i just get symbols instead of the actual words on the internet....like for example, on myspace, none of the text under friends pictures comes up. it's just symbols.
2)also, one other thing, all of a sudden, as of yesterday, my garage band opens up when i start my computer. i don't know where to go to turn it off....
3) .and i promise this is the last thing. for some reason, as of yesterday, when i restart my computer i get some flashing icons while it's booting up before it goes to the osx screen and boots.
i got norton, thinking i might have got a virus or something but it found nothing. and i don't know what else i can do...any help would be HUGELY appreciated. thanks.
