HP Scanner (scan from the printer)/ HP Scan Request Handler / HP Easy Scan

I have tried to get the functionality of my Scan functions since Catalina install. The only option that was given to me was to use Image capture which works. I still like to have the option of throw a scan on the printer glass and scan to my documents. I have gone to HP and got the latest driver but it does not work with Catalina as of yet. I have experienced this before while HP takes it's sweet time on adding the functionality. Any ideas?

Hello,

Yes, printer/scanner vendors can be slow to update and submit their drivers to Apple for release.

-Which model is the HP?
-Is there more functionality in their scan software over what Image Capture gives?
-Have you thought of moving to a third-party solution like VueScan?
