Hi
I currently have Tiger OSX on my Imac (intel core 2 duo) and it has been running painfully slow lately (often stopping completely), so I decided to upgrade to Snow Leopard in the hope this would solve the problem.
I have the new disk and I thought I would backup my files using Crashplan online backup.
How do I then go about clearing my hard drive before installing the new OSX?
Also, if I backup apps online, will they work with the new OSX?
Many thanks for an suggestions.
All the best,
Oliver
