how to send a document as an attachment to my class

Hi everyone. I'm a 59 year old woman and I'm taking an online course in nurse refreshing. I have to submit all my work as a document. I just learned how to make the document, but I don't know how to send it to my course. I wrote the document and put it in the desktop, now I just have to submit it to my course. Can anyone help me? Thanks....Marcie Kuypers

They should have provided instruction where, link an upload link, or email address and how they want the file. Contact the people running the course.
