How to move my fonts from old MacBook to new MacBook Air ?

I just replace my old MB with a new MBA and not all the software is making the trip (CS2), but I would like to have all my fonts on the new machine. Any help would be appreciated. I apologize if this is the wrong forum. I'm not too tech oriented.

user > Library > Fonts
unless you installed them into the system
System > Library > Fonts
