Restart Your iPhone
- Press and hold the side button and one of the volume buttons simultaneously.
- When the power-off slider appears, drag the slider to turn off your iPhone.
- After the device turns off, press and hold the side button again until the Apple logo appears.
Check Your Location Services
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down to Privacy & Security and tap on it.
- Tap on Location Services.
- Make sure the Location Services toggle is turned on (it should be green).
Turn On "Share My Location"
