How to extract Keynote Presenter Notes

I have Keynote 6.1 & Mavericks. I'm an Automator novice. I have not been able to "write a program" and can't figure out what's wrong. I'm not a script writer, just a very occasional Automator user.

I want to be able to extract Presenter Notes from a Keynote presentation (200 slides) and have them listed on a textedit or similar document. It would be nice, but not essential, if it skipped listing any slides that had no Presenter Notes.
