how t connect an HPLJCL4500DN printer? [Network]

Hi everyone,

I have a network printer and I can't seem to make it print even though I make the connect in System Preferences > Print and Fax. Is there a certain how to guide i can follow because I am not sure what to do.

I put in the IP Address and the name as HPLJCL4500DN, and it assigns the type as Generic Post Script (I think). It still won't print!

Please can anyone help me as I really need a printer for my work!

The error message I get in Printer Queue, are that it tries to connect through port 631, but then says could not get through the IPP port or something! Does anyone know why?
