How do you enlarge the file preview screen?

in viewing my files I can preview the file in the window but have not figured out how to large that preview screen?

tried to drag the window but that did not enlarge the file preview
I was not able to find the preview settings to increase the %

anyone know how to adjust?

If you are referring to selecting a file or folder in Finder and pressing Space (aka Quicklook), just carefully position the cursor on a corner or edge of the Quicklook window and drag. The corners are more responsive but edges still work. Drag to resize.

yes in finder when viewing files there is 1 column with the file name and the other column is a preview of the file.
trying to figure out how to enlarge the preview. I tried dragging the columns, resizing the entire window. currently having to use quick look to see a large image.

is there a setting somewhere where I can set the enlarge % of the preview window?

I understand now, and we are talking about two different things. You situation is viewing a Finder window and you are using the third view option (command-3). This is what it looks like on mine,

In a limited manner, you can alter the size by dragging the right edge of the frame left-to-right, but that’s about it. This is NOT Quicklook.
