how can I use Apple TV to stream powerpoint to my Samsung smart TV?

I have an early 2011 13inch Macbook Pro running OS X Lion 10.7.5 and a Samsung Smart TV connected to my Wireless network. I want to be able to stream Powerpoint presentations and internet web site videos to the TV so that i can share with the family. Can Apple TV allow this and if so, how?

Not with Lion, Air Play was introduced in Mountain Lion.

But, Keynote can save as a movie that iTunes can then stream to AppleTV. Powerpoint is a dog compared to Keynote.
Web Site videos??? if you mean YouTube or Vimeo or a number of other web content they have Apps on the AppleTV.
