Hi There.
I use my Mac for work and my hobby (blogging). I know enough to be dangerous, but not enough to rescue myself when I do something unwise. I'm grateful to find you folks. Thanks for sharing your skills with people like me.
So, here's my dilemma: I was prompted to accept Adobe Reader as my default reader when I opened a file sent to me by a colleague. I thought that sounded reasonable, so I accepted it. But, now I can't open Preview at all.
I've tried going to Preferences for Adobe Reader to see if I could change it to NOT be my default reader, but I couldn't identify where that command lives. I also tried opening Preview by clicking on it, but I get this message:
The application Preview.app can't be opened. -1712
Any help will be appreciated!
Thanks,
Julia
