Help with updating Old Safari browser

Need Help with Safari updating old Safari Browsers!

Help... I am on OSX 10.3.9 and safari browser 1.3.2
I do not want to upgrade my computer yet as I will purchase a new one soon.
But I need Safari 3 to open and edit google docs.
I tried upgrading to Sarari 2 but it says I 'do not have the right bill'.

Can someone please give me some simple instructions to follow?
